The apartments were spacious and had a homely feel. the staff was helpful and accommodating, even giving us a free upgrade to a bigger apartment. the location was great, with easy access to public transportation and a 24, hour supermarket, pharmacy, and ATM in the building.

The check, in process was disappointing as we had requested an early check, in but were made to wait for six hours after a long flight. the bathroom tub was rusted and the flush in one of the washrooms was not working initially, although it was fixed promptly.

We stayed at a spacious service apartment at a great location. It was within walking distance of the Souks and just a block away from the Creek. We had a stunning view of the Creek and Bur Dubai from our room. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there was a 24-hour supermarket nearby. The apartment had a large living room, a separate bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious bathroom.

The night parking security guard could use some customer service training. He was rude and unhelpful when we were trying to park our car.

Large apt, friendly staff, next to supermarket, pharmacy nearby. Great meal at restaurant, had a marvelous time. Upgraded to spacious 3 bed, 3 bath with big kitchen. Comfy beds, cool air con. Nice view, close to metro, easy to get cabs. 24x7 supermarket in property, free airport drop.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location of this place is excellent, with shops conveniently attached to the hotel from the rear. Taxis are readily available, and there is a masjid right behind the hotel. The 3-bedroom apartment I stayed in was incredibly spacious, perfect for my whole family. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and even had some unexpected extras. My kids and parents thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and I can confidently say that I won't be lodging anywhere else when I visit this city. Keep up the great work!

They even accommodated our request for a room with disabled access, which we weren't aware they had available. the daily housekeeping visits were a nice touch. great value for money and a wonderful experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The size of the accommodation was fantastic, with spacious rooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a rooftop pool. The staff were incredibly helpful, quick to attend to our needs at any time of day. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near the airport.
