The apartments were spacious and had a homely feel. The staff was helpful and accommodating, even giving us a free upgrade to a bigger apartment. The location was great, with easy access to public transportation and a 24-hour supermarket, pharmacy, and ATM in the building.

The check-in process was disappointing as we had requested an early check-in but were made to wait for six hours after a long flight. the bathroom tub was rusted and the flush in one of the washrooms was not working initially, although it was fixed promptly.

We stayed at a spacious service apartment at a great location. It was within walking distance of the Souks and just a block away from the Creek. We had a stunning view of the Creek and Bur Dubai from our room. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there was a 24-hour supermarket nearby. The apartment had a large living room, a separate bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious bathroom.

The night parking security guard could use some customer service training. He was rude and unhelpful when we were trying to park our car.

The super nice team and polite, going above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. the daily housekeeping visits ensured asuper clean and cozy environment throughout my stay. Despite a minor issue with the kitchen utensils, the staff were quick to provide replacements as requested. I would happily recommend Deira Suites Beautiful Hotel Suites to others for its excellent value for money.

I recently stayed at this 4-star hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location of this place is excellent, with shops conveniently attached to the hotel from the rear. Taxis are readily available, and there is a masjid right behind the hotel. The 3-bedroom apartment I stayed in was incredibly spacious, perfect for my whole family. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed and even had some unexpected extras. My kids and parents thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and I can confidently say that I won't be lodging anywhere else when I visit this city. Keep up the great work!
